The problem is, it hasn’t trickled down to the mainstream as fast as enthusiasts and regular practitioners would have liked it to. That may be changing, as more and more people are opening up to opening up, and being in the moment with meditation. Many Yoga and Pilates studios offer regular meditation classes and workshops, and even traditional gyms are starting to get on board. So it’s only natural that Chiropractors do the same.
